I have the honour to acknowledge with
thanks the receipt of your letter dated the 8th instant, informing me that there is no objection on the part of your Government to the proposed institution by
Messrs. Hayashi & Co. of Nagasaki, of a motor-boat fishing fleet with headquarters in Hong Kong, on the understanding that the regulations of the Port will be observed by the Company; and beg to add that the applicant is notified by this office accordingly.
